Apple Apparently Listens

What?  An update?  I know, crazy….get over it.

I recently downloaded the new version of iTunes that was released during Apple’s recent event, MacWorld.  Once I got everything installed, I was pretty pissed about this huge ‘ministore’ at the bottom.  Sure, it would recommend music based on what I was listening to at the moment and provide me links to more songs by the same artist (of course to be purchased through iTMS but the damn thing limited my screen space within iTunes by about 30%.

Well, thankfully Apple has taken the criticism on the chin and decided to have the ‘ministore’ as a opt-in only feature.  So go download the new version of iTunes (6.0.2) and turn that crap off.
