US Ranked 8th…..What?

I’m at a loss as to how this happened. It appears that the United States World Cup Soccer team has been hard at work. When the new World Cup 2006 rankings were released, the U.S. ranking 8th above notable teams such as Germany and England. While soccer has yet to capture the “love” of the masses, the U.S. is coming into it’s own and becoming a world wide contender for the rest of the soccer-frenzy globe.
