I just want to inform you all of the best news I have received in some time. Also, just to forewarn you, yes I am a dork, nerd, or whatever else you want to call me. Back to the news. I have been trying to get into a certain class here at UGA but have not been successful for some time. Anyway, in a last desperate attempt I e-mailed the faculty member in charge of the New Media Institute more or less begging to have the opportunity to take this course (normally it is only offered to students within the major).

Much to my suprise, he e-mailed me back and I can now take this course in the Fall of 2004. What course? NMIX 4110 : New Media Production. Yes, it’s more or less web design. You can check out the syllabus if you want to check it out.
