Today Is Pretty Nice

The weather is nice, 70’s and sunny, and on such a beautiful day what better than to have class cancelled. That’s right, no Econ 4550. While I’m “sad” to miss the thrilling debates and conversations dealing with International Trade Policy & Theory, I think I can get by without it for today. While I do not have my first class, I am back at work to get some extra hours so it’s not like I get to really enjoy this day. ;-)

I have posted some new icons by “Hispanicboy”. He really has created some master pieces here! Be on the look out for more icons by him in the feature.

Also, on a sad note, it appears the Apple is preparing 4th Generation iPods for a possible release by the end of this year. They are apparently putting in a 2″ color display, the ability to view pictures, a video output which is still unknown if this will out put audio. Apple's Current iPod Why is this sad? Well, I just bought one. I guess I may be selling mine on ebay right before these come out. Here is an excerpt from MacRumors.com:

Appleinsider cites “reliable” sources and reports that Apple is readying the 4th Generation iPods.

The upcoming iPods reportedly sport a max capacity of 50GB of storage, 2 inch color LCDs, video out, photo display capabilities, and revised (Mini-like) navigation wheel.

No release date is provided.

Update: Ok, it’s not all the sunny now but still a semi-nice day. Well, until now when I am 1 for 3 in my March Madness Challenge Bracket. (Almost 0 for 3)

Update Part 2: A little contest fun. Win a 40GB iPod!
